Role Summary:
As an Associate – Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Eclave’s overseas education consultancy services. This role requires a highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individual to promote Eclave’s services, generate leads, convert prospects, and foster relationships with students and partners.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Actively reach out to prospective students via calls, emails, and social media platforms to promote study abroad programs and Eclave’s services.
    • Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents, guiding them through career assessments, test preparation, and overseas education options.
    • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for enrollments and service packages.
  2. Marketing and Outreach:
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, and offline).
    • Collaborate on creating promotional content such as brochures, newsletters, and ads.
    • Represent Eclave at education fairs, seminars, and other networking events to increase brand visibility.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.
    • Act as a liaison between students and partner universities, assisting in application submissions and follow-ups.
    • Provide support in visa processing and documentation for students pursuing overseas education.
  4. Market Research:
    • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth in new and existing territories.
    • Report feedback from prospects and clients to improve service offerings and strategies.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the academic counseling and operations team to ensure seamless client service.
    • Assist in developing sales tools and processes for effective student onboarding.

Skill Set Required

  • Sales & Marketing Skills: Proven ability in lead generation, conversion, and marketing campaigns.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Networking & Negotiation: Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret market data and optimize sales strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

  1. Educational Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
  2. Experience:
    • 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (preferably in the education or EdTech industry).
    • Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  3. Personality Traits:
    • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • A team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to new challenges.
  4. Availability:
    • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client meetings and events, if required.
    • Flexible working hours to cater to international time zones.
  5. Others:
    • Familiarity with overseas education systems and processes is a plus.
